- Instructions
- Step 1: install the front foot tube -- M8x60 carriage bolt, washer, and nut
- Metric fastener with an 8mm thread diameter and a total length of 60mm
- It has a standard coarse thread pitch of 1.26mm
- It is often partially thread (typically 22mm of threading) or fully threaded
- Used with a standard M8 nut and a flat washer
- Step 2: install the rear foot tube -- M8x60 carriage bolt, washer, and nut
- Note: the right and left REAR pedal tubes are already attached
- Step 3: install the right FRONT foot pedal tube -- M10x65 Round Head, washer, and nut
- Step 4: install the left FRONT foot pedal tube -- M10x65 Round Head, washer, and nut
- Step 5: install the right pedal -- M8x45 Hexagon Socket Head
- Step 6: install the left pedal -- M8x45 Hexagon Socket Head
- Step 7: install the left swing arm tube -- M8x60 Carriage Bolt

- Step 12: connect ONE long pair of leads to monitor (stride count)
- Step 13: install the M8x20 knurled knob (to prevent the machine from folding)
